Stalin

The lady in charge was very clearly in favour of Stalin, she hardly spoke any English at all and so I tried to ask her whether Stalin was a good man or a bad man by using thumbs up and thumbs down. It was quite obvious that she was in favour of Stalin because she started on a rant banging the table at the mention of Roosevelt and Nixon and raising her arms and looking upwards towards heaven at the mention of Stalin.

Most of the people I have spoken to regard the Russian invasion as a very bad thing that was evident in the museum yesterday and there are places with names like Freedom Square.

It's obvious from the state of the museum that it is not being funded by the government, it is obviously a privately run Museum very short of money.

I thought it wise not to ask about the 20 million deaths, or the gulags, or the mass starvation in Ukraine.
